By ordering seeds from Everbloom Seeds, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
I understand that all seeds have been donated. Therefore, I understand that seed age, variety, accuracy, viability, hybrid status, germination rate, or any other seed qualities are not guaranteed.
I am acquiring these seeds at my own risk and do not hold the seed donor, Everbloom Seeds, or any other person or party responsible for any undesirable results that may arise from the acquisition, ownership, or other use of acquired seeds.
I understand that I cannot return or exchange acquired seeds for any reason, and that no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
I understand that the shipping charge attached to my order includes a packing fee that covers the cost of preparing the seeds for shipment.
By donating seeds to Everbloom Seeds, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
I have the right to distribute the seeds included in my donation and verify that all included seeds are free of copyright.
I understand that all seeds mailed to Everbloom Seeds become property of Everbloom Seeds. I understand that no compensation, reimbursement, or payment of any kind will be given in exchange for any seeds and that seeds will not be returned under any circumstance.
I understand that any costs incurred while donating seeds are incurred at my own risk and that I will not be reimbursed or compensated in any way.
